I have two grotty 2-seaters sofas and want to get rid of the slightly grottier one but begrudge having to pay the council £30 to collect it (and quite honestly, too ashamed to leave the disgusting thing outside my house awaiting collection!).

Saw your tutorial and it actually looks easy to do if you follow through the steps - my original plan of action was just to hack at it like a mad thing, injure myself and cuss like a sailor.

I plan to begin the dis-assemble process soon!!
